Craig Bulmer - Director 

Craig has based his entire career on the certainty that if you really connect with people, then you can understand people. And if you understand people then you can train people. And if you train people properly, then he will deliver such organisational change that he will do himself out of a job. Forever.

His reputation as a first class trainer has taken him from Australia to the UK, China to Thailand, Singapore to Japan. Along the way he has made a major impact on the lives of literally thousands of people by imparting practical skills for people to improve everyday work and life.

A finalist in the National Training Awards in 2001, holder of a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education, and lauded Master Coach, Craig gets to combine his gregarious nature and 15 years of experience in training with some proven tools and techniques to help clients of all sizes find tailored solutions for their training needs. Craig may never do himself out of a job. But hey, he loves people. There are worse ways to earn a living.

Lynne Schinella - Director of Learning

 

She spent 10 years in sales and customer service roles in airlines and 5 star hotels where amongst other things she honed her communications skills on the battlefields of airline counters and hotel desks.

She learned how the French, Tahitians and Chinese dissolved the language and cultural divided when she lived in Tahiti fir 3 years.

And when she ran her performance improvement company, Schinella Incentives for 10 years she found the most successful teams were those who understood each other’s strengths and differences and communicated accordingly.

 Her skill in communicating now sees her as a facilitator, conference speaker and coach. Her satisfied clients include GE Finance, Commonwealth Bank, First Folio, CRC Mining, Audi Australia and Lion Nathan. But Lynne’s real strength lies in her ability to connect in a relaxed and informal style, with a wide range of different people, to make sure her message sticks.

 


 

Julie McBroom - Associate (Sales and Service)

Julie McBroom has been involved in analysis, designing and facilitating training programs for 9 years and specializes in Sales, Service and Leadership.

Her passion and ability to engage participants has been recognised by organisations across the US and Australia.

With a degree in Education and a Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment, Julie works closely with clients to ensure that the training delivered not only meets their needs, but creates results.

Clients have commented on her ability to create change in organizations.  One client, Equity Office Properties (who is the largest REIT Company in the United States) required a. highly customized customer service implementation.  Julie conducted certifications across the country; her facilitation talent and passion for the trainer’s performance led this one customer to say:

Andrew Cornell - Associate (Sales)

Andrew Cornell is one of the most experienced and engaging facilitators in training, coaching and corporate consulting today.  Over the last twenty years, he has built considerable first hand knowledge and expertise with senior roles in sales, management, product development, training and corporate consulting.

Andrew specialises in sales performance improvement and sales management.  He is also experienced in coaching, facilitation and negotiation skills which can significantly contribute to individuals within your organisation.

He has worked on national sales performance improvement projects with some of Australia’s largest and most respected organisations in the telecommunications, insurance, transport and banking industries.   Andrew has trained and helped develop thousands of people from front line to senior management throughout Australia, Asia Pacific  and the Middle East.

Andrew’s sessions are built on his belief that you can achieve more effective results when solutions are created, understood and accepted by the people impacted.  Programs are facilitated to achieve maximum involvement and learning amongst your group.  A ‘safe’ atmosphere for adult learning is essential.  Your participants will be made to feel at ease and encouraged to push themselves beyond their own familiar zone.  Andrew also believes that we learn more when we’re having some fun along the way so an easy, informal yet engaging dynamic is created.  He draws on his experiences to interweave relevant stories, analogies and other metaphors that will help bring the program alive and make it more memorable for your participants.

 

 


 

Laura Munro - Associate (Presentation Skills)

Laura has a desire for seeing people develop and grow so it's no wonder she has been involved in training adults for over eight years. With a background in Performance and awarded Contemporary Vocal Honours, she is passionate about engaging and effortless presentations. A vocal teacher since 2002, Laura has been able to apply her knowledge and experience to corporate presentation skills training. 

Some of Laura's key beliefs are:

  • For a presentation to be effortless, you must put your body into an effortless state
  • Presenters underestimate the significance of the voice 
  • The more you practice using your voice, the more it becomes second nature


 

 


 

Mel Hutchinson - Associate  (Retail Skills)

Mel has been in retail for over 16 years. She has worked for many and varied retailers in her time and is  very creative, which brings a great energy to her training.

What she loves about retail is making a connection with people and giving them an experience whilst  with them. She has opened and been successful in achieving goals of flagship shops for companies as well as excelling in customer service, sales, management and merchandising.

Her attention to detail in all that I do, makes her a thorough and enthusiastic trainer. She is always learning and expanding her knowledge to ensure that she stays relevant in an ever changing Retail environment.

She has attained Cert IV in Training and Assessment and Cert IV in Life and Business coaching. Her purpose, as a Trainer, is to add massive value to your business and to help it stand out from the crowd.

With over 15 years experience there’ s something special about the way Michelle delivers retail skills training.  It could be her commitment to the success of your business, enthusiasm to drive your business forward or dedication to deliver substance.

A  perfectionist at heart when it comes to customer service.  Michelle has a detailed eye to make any training practical, unforgettable and most of all enjoyable. 

Trained professionally in improvised theatre there is no doubt practical training in sales and customer service will grow any retail  business.   Landing contracts with retailers Australia wide, businesses have seen increases of 20% in turn over in a volatile market. Recently has extended her expertise to the UK, Ireland, Canada and China..

It’s been the desire of Michelle to inspire those in the customer service industry to see the importance of their industry and to raise the bar of the retail shopping experience.
